I've worked in advertising and marketing for over 15 years and what I've found is that the small to medium sized business owner wears more hats than they can count. When you need to process orders, manage employees and pay the bills, marketing falls last on the list. I started 812 Branding because I actually enjoy that piece of the business that owner's hate. Like it or not, it's a huge part of the business mix that can mean success or failure...and who doesn't want to be part of a good success story?!

Michael Winstead is a passionate professional in the field of Communication. In the summer of 2019, he proudly earned his Master's Degree, marking a significant milestone in his academic journey. With more than 12 years of hands-on experience in production, his expertise spans various areas, including broadcasting live sporting events for Indiana State University Athletics. During his tenure as the Sports Video Manager, he had the privilege of showcasing thrilling moments on platforms like ESPN3 and ESPN+. Additionally, he's lent his skills as a dedicated videographer to a local news station in West Lafayette, Indiana.
Most recently, Michael has spent the past 4 years honing his skills in both long and short form video content for businesses, with a special emphasis in working with the music industry creating compelling content for artists and music venues. His commitment to the art of communication fuels his work.
